Even when fresh from the oven –My ONLY criticism is that I would have liked to have seen an extra 2-3 cm blade length to make it a truly universal bread knife with no direct competition.If you’re thinking about getting one of these – they’re worth the cost – I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend!! *by J***K on 28 July 2016* This is a great knife for bread or even used for carving. This non-stick Bread Knife is sharp, lightweight and really nice to use. The knife is very stylish and can be sharpend back to new quality using a small diamond sharpening steel, but this may be tricky for people unsure of how to use a sharpening steel. It can take quite a while to blunt serrated knives, given you are using them correctly. I don't use the knife protector sleeve as I have a magnetic knife rack, but definitely would use it if the knife went in the drawer, as this would keep its sharpness.
