Things go well until one day, I dropped my phone accidentally and my screen protector broke. I was quite disappointed that the case didn’t protect my screen protector. They reached out to me soon and explained that the lip of the case is 0.3mm taller than the phone screen and can protect daily scratches and drops while not adding bulk and my screen protector should obey the same duty. Out of my expectations, they sent me a pair of torras screen protectors and they fit well with my case on. It’s almost in line with the case lip with little crevices between them so it won’t hide dust in it. And I dropped my phone in another day and there’s no damage with my phone or screen protector. It's slick, slim, feels good on the hand. It is a bit slippery at times, so be careful. But the quality does feel good. I didn't have any issues with the magsafe accessories I have or the magsafe mounts. They hold strong. It's pretty easy to install and remove at any point, which is good. As far as actual protection due to a fall? I cant say, I haven't dropped my phone and I wont anytime soon. Why I gave it 4 stars, and not 5? It seems one of the corners doesn't seem to take "fitted", I have to slightly push in my phone in to the case on that bottom left hand corner, specially when removing it from a magsafe mount. I want to say that when you pull off the phone(with case) from a magsafe mount, it might some how pull the case from the phone enough to where you have to "click it" back in. I got the black case and i notice a lot of smudges on it.
