Luego es complicado hablar con el vendedor ya que solo te puedes comunicar a través de un formulario en su página web la cual solo esta disponible en inglés. ( El formulario ) De hecho todavía no he podido contactar con el vendedor ya que no me ha dado respuesta... ACTUALIZACIÓN Al final si que me dieron solución por lo tanto cambio mi reseña, es cierto que la comodidad de contactar con ellos no es por Amazon sino a través de su página web, pero he de decir que me cambiaron el producto sin ningún tipo de coste.
