I wasn't sure what size he needed so I ordered a single pack prior to ordering a bulk consignment. I have to say that I was extremely impressed with these pants. My uncle had dementia and needed to be dreesed, but he insisted on putting these on without the help of his carer (or me). When he was soaking wet the next morning I couldn't understand why - until I realised he had turned them inside out.... because the side seams are on the outside and he thought they should be on the inside. Once he was over this hurdle, these pants were an absolute godsend. They were light, comfortable, odour free (even when full) and very discreet. Also, the moisture was wicked away from his delicate skin, leaving it dry and sore free. We had to make sure he didn't put them in the washing machine when he was on his own, but other than that I recommend them to anyone, and everyone - male or female, big or small.
