She’s gotten her moneys worth out of it so far. It is heavy though so the fact that it’s portable keep in mind it is it is heavy. Not a five second portable type thing to move, but it is portable.

The foot part of the chair never stayed up in place, it kept collapsing. When I attempted to return chair, seller made it difficult. I paid $150 to return chair then the seller claimed I shipped it to incorrect address even though they are the ones who provided return slip and address.

Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. I received a travel chair with a torn carrying bag, which made it difficult to transport—clearly affecting the product’s functionality. The company initially promised to send a replacement bag but never followed through. After reaching out again, they issued a partial refund of only $15 and again claimed they would send the replacement bag, which still never arrived. When I expressed that I would prefer a full refund due to their failure to follow through and the continued inconvenience, they agreed. Yet here we are, over a month later, and I’ve still received nothing. At this point, the lack of accountability and integrity is incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this company or this product.
