Review: Really Disappointed - I had a very disappointing experience with the I Bell Tower fan purchased from desertcart. The first unit I received had a broken body/case right out of the box. I returned it expecting a proper replacement, but unfortunately the replacement unit I received was not working at all. This clearly shows poor quality control and handling. After facing issues twice in a row, I completely lost confidence in this product and the brand. I would not recommend this fan to anyone, as it caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted time.

I had a very disappointing experience with the I Bell Tower fan purchased from Amazon. The first unit I received had a broken body/case right out of the box. I returned it expecting a proper replacement, but unfortunately the replacement unit I received was not working at all. This clearly shows poor quality control and handling. After facing issues twice in a row, I completely lost confidence in this product and the brand. I would not recommend this fan to anyone, as it caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted time.
