Lightweight with enough ventilation that it doesn’t bother my 3 year old in the Florida heat. Review: Perfect well vented helmet for my baby - Love this helmet. I got it for my 11m old. He love going for bike rides and needed a helmet that actually fits him. My baby is a little big for his age so I went with the bigger size. I figured it would be ok for him to grow into. Well I’m glad I did because he actually fits in that bigger size. The helmet is adjustable. So my baby has some room to grow. The coverage supports the perfect amount of protection. The helmet is well made and the perfect size. I love the air vents. I was worried about him getting hot but it seem like he gets a good amount of air flow. The clip is easy to get on and off. ## Features - SAFETY FIRST: These kids' bike helmets for boys and girls feature impact-absorbing foam and durable shell construction to keep your little rider protected during every adventure - CUSTOM FIT: Adjustable dial system and comfortable chin strap ensure this kids bicycle helmet molds securely to your child's head for comfortable, all-day wear they'll love - STAYS COOL: With 14 strategically placed vents, this Retrospec kids helmet keeps air flowing so your young cyclist stays comfortable even during long rides and hot days - BUILT-IN VISOR: This bike helmet for kids has an integrated sun shield helps protect little eyes from glare, giving your child clearer vision and more confidence as they master their bike or scooter - EASY CLEANING: Removable, washable interior padding means these kids bike helmets stay fresh and hygienic, making parents' lives so much easier day after day ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0D2JMYT65 | | Additional Features | Adjustable Strap, Visor | | Age Range (Description) | Toddler | | Age Range Description | Toddler | | Best Sellers Rank | #626 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #2 in Kids' Bike Helmets | | Brand | Retrospec | | Brand Name | Retrospec | | Color | Matte Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 1,162 Reviews | | Included Components | Helmet | | Inner Material | Expanded Polystyrene | | Item Highlight | Toddler: 45-49cm, Skate Helmet, Washable Padding, Foam Lining, Chin Strap, 14 Vents, Lightweight, Reflective, Adjustable Dial | | Item Type Name | kids-helmet | | Manufacturer | Retrospec | | Model Name | Scout Kids Bike Helmet - Multi-Sport Toddler Safety Protection with 14 Vents, Adjustable Fit System, Built-In Sun Visor & Washable Interior in 2 Sizes for Boys & Girls Model Name Scout Kids Bike Helmet - Multi-Sport Toddler Safety Protection with 14 Vents, Adjustable Fit System, Built-In Sun Visor & Washable Interior in 2 Sizes for Boys & Girls See more | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Outer Material | Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) | | Product Style | Sporty | | Recommended Uses For Product | Cycling | | Size | 45-49cm | | Special Feature | Adjustable Strap, Visor | | UPC | 840216313354 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | Limited Warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Retrospec - **Color:** Matte Black - **Age Range (Description):** Toddler - **Size:** Toddler 45-49cm - **Special Feature:** Adjustable Strap, Visor ## Images ![Retrospec Scout Kids Bike Helmet, Skateboard, Scooter, Toddler, Boys/Girls - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/711bXAyLF9S.jpg) ![Retrospec Scout Kids Bike Helmet, Skateboard, Scooter, Toddler, Boys/Girls - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71pMPpvgVXL.jpg) ![Retrospec Scout Kids Bike Helmet, Skateboard, Scooter, Toddler, Boys/Girls - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/818esEocStL.jpg) ![Retrospec Scout Kids Bike Helmet, Skateboard, Scooter, Toddler, Boys/Girls - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71bjUdTvb6L.jpg) ![Retrospec Scout Kids Bike Helmet, Skateboard, Scooter, Toddler, Boys/Girls - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71LUKtYm20L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for toddlers *by J***A on September 10, 2026* Feels sturdy and fits perfectly.
