I can see it being used along with Margherita ingredients so its less overpowering. The grapefruit elderflower is excellent. I mix it with a splash of real cranberry for a refreshing drink. I add gin for a nice sea breeze cocktail. The price is a bit high, but not bad for the overall quality. Its been very helpful in my quest to drink less alcohol.
