I’ve never been satisfied with the banded systems and have purchased some high-end ones that were a pain to use. I came across this resistance based package and about 2-weeks into its use I am very pleased with it! It’s very easy to setup and use, it does have a bit of a footprint but is easily moved and stored. Every accessory you would need is provided and so far is a quality build!
