The full-zip back pocket on the Bando XL measures 6"h x 11"w x 3"d, large enough to secure most valuables. The Bando and Bando XL include an integrated sleeve to conveniently carry a tourniquet below the top flap of the main compartment.

Overall the materials seem sturdy and it feels well made and the brown looks fire! It had plenty of room for my freedom seed dispenser, and the essential med gear along with a couple other EDC items. This is my first Eberlestock item, and I can see the future, there will be more!

In Canada, the CC really doesn’t apply, so probably turn that portion into a spot for sun glasses, but I went with the XL for the touch bigger size allowance, even though I don’t plan on fully blowing it out. Just nice to have the option to carry a bit more when needed. Durability and build quality on par with my other Eberlestock gear, which is to say it’s tough as hell and reliable. Pockets are thoughtfully designed, with internals for a tourniquet, mesh zippered pocket, sleeves, etc. Fits nice, feels comfortable and stashes away easily under a vehicle seat if you don’t want it seen.
