After I received the batteries I was unable to get them to take a charge. Tried all the usual, boost with dumb charger, hook to my Victron solar, try with a fully charged battery etc. When I contacted XZNY they were responsive the same day! Of course I went through the warranty process with them and showed video and pictures and model numbers of the charger and multimeter. Upon showing them they notified me they would ship replacement product. I understand stuff happens and this vendor was top notch in response and helpfulness with a no problem warranty. The replacement batteries have been functioning perfect for over two months and endure repeated discharge and charge cycles. They appear to be every bit as tough and dependable as the first battery I purchased from them a few years ago that is also still in use.Excellent product and excellent vendor experience. I am using the battery to power a Garmin fishfinder. I was very pleased that after I installed the battery my Garmin showed that it was receiving 13.6 watts. This should provide optimal picture quality on that unit.
