Review: Good natural product that helps but doesn't cure. - This product worked very well. However there are a few issues. You need to use a large amount of product on each wound and repeat dressings more than usual wound dressing compounds. The natural components contained do get absorbed into the wound and aid healing but as it is an all natural cream it is slower acting than comparable chemical compounds. It isn't inexpensive but it does work. The only added comment must be that any presence of infection isn't cured using this product. Anti - biotic preparations are the only thing that will do that. Hving said that it does delay the spread of any infection but its no cure.
