Review: Quality Creatine With Noticeable Benefits - Mixes well with a Redbull. Fizzes up a little but nothing major. Doesn’t alter the texture and you don’t feel powder going down ur throat. As for the effects; a noticeable change in energy levels, cycle commute became much easier and hills lesser of a problem. I do a labour intensive job and i feel less fatigued after and during work. All in all i would say it’s had a positive effect! Just bought a tub of it as it’s better value. Only con is the sachets are insanely hard to rip open without scissors!! I found it easiest to tear quite far down the sachet. Not very on-the-go friendly if you need scissors though, the pre dosed amount is a godsend though to be fair!

Mixes well with a Redbull. Fizzes up a little but nothing major. Doesn’t alter the texture and you don’t feel powder going down ur throat. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Feeling more alert & energised

Have seen lots of research about women taking creatine for the mind as much as the body, so that was my main reason for purchasing. Obviously hard to know whether you can attribute things to one particular product, but I’ve been taking a very small amount daily for the last month and do feel more alert at work and generally more on the ball. I don’t take any other supplements and haven’t made any other major changes in lifestyle etc. Taste wise - when I used the recommended amount - I could taste it (in coffee) and didn’t like it. Instead I use about half a teaspoon each time and for me this is a small enough amount that I can’t taste it AT ALL. I’d rather take a small amount and it not ruin my coffee, than have the full amount and hate my drink. Anyway whether it’s right or not, the way I’m using it - it’s tasteless, dissolves immediately and I believe it’s making me sharper 😂
