It is bouncy in the center if I walk down it, this could be a problem if someone is unsteady, I would not suggest it as a regular walk ramp. works great, easy to fold. wish there was more of a clam to hold it on. we used it when moving into our house... guys were able to roll in with the heaviest of objects. if you want less of an incline, go with the 6ft or longer version.
