A: It  has a sweet taste you can add any colour  if you require red or black you will need a paste anything else liquid colour will be fine and yes you can add flavour and use as a glaze

Absolutely fantastic , nothing extra apart from the ingredients you would use yourself to make fondant from scratch. Saved me a lot of time and it is exactly what I needed for a fondant based filling and for a crunchy topping. Hopefully they will always have this in stock, I’ve just repurchased.

I bought the wrong product as i was searching for icing to make lace.  I havnt used the icing yet but it does seem a good product and will definitely have a use for it making french fancies yum!!
