Just stir and refrigerate. *by R***L on October 2, 2024* I loved the nut butter itself. Good texture with a flax and chia seed crunch. I will say it was a bit odd to find a Costco Kirkland product repackaged with a set of measuring spoons, but the products were excellent. As with any natural nut butter, the oil separated during shipping. Once you stir it back in, refrigeration slows the separation so you won't have to stir it again. Where natural peanut butter stiffens with refrigeration, this mixed nut butter seems to stay more liquid. Expect you may well find an escaped nut butter blob remaining on the plate after you've consumed your sandwich.
