Such a great product with so many benefits. Ayurvedic medical practitioners have used Brahmini for centuries for a variety of purposes. Important is to be used consciously. It is a natural boost of brain function. Alleviates anxiety and stress, of course, you have to consider what you eat, how you eat and how much. Meditation and nature walks are also helpful in regards to stress, anxiety, and boost of memory. Can't explain how beautiful life is when you look at it through the heart, not just mind.
