Review: Best compact microwave on the market! - I needed a microwave with very specific dimensions as I was putting it into one of my cabinets. It couldn’t surpass 13 inches deep and it had to have a silent mode and it had to shut very quietly so my neighbors couldn’t hear it. It turns out that most compact microwaves aren’t made that well I first bought Commercial Chef. I thought it was really cute, but it felt a little cheap and it didn’t have a silent mode. Closing it was very loud too. That silent mode was very important to me. I then bought Comfee. I loved how it looked, and I loved how it closed very very quiet quietly. It didn’t have a silent mode and the biggest problem was that it got so wet inside. Literally microwaving anything would make it soaking wet inside. It also had a weird child lock that you couldn’t deactivate. GE was about $40 more than the other ones, but I was already exhausted from having to return to and decided to try one more time. I had GE before but not for a compact microwave. It ended up being perfect. Not only did it fit perfectly, but it was silent, and it had a child lock that you could deactivate. It doesn’t close quietly unless you learn to close it quietly. I figured out a way to push the button and close it where it’s practically silent when you close it. The best part was that it’s very dry inside. It has an internal fan and it’s just so much better Made than the other ones. I would 100% recommend this microwave if you need a compact microwave. I think it’s worth the extra money and it’ll last a lot longer

Don't forget to remove the chikd-proof lock. there were easy directions taped on the outsode of the box. Once set up, it is easy to use. six pre-set buttons for popcorn, pizza and other things. easy-peasy. I do notice microwace ovens in general appear to break down frequently. The problem with my last one (a fifferent brand, another manfacturer) is that I notived the back facing the wall was becoming hot. I did not have it close to the wall. It just started to overheat. So I deemed the old one a fite hazard, threw it away, and got this replacement. Hope it lasts

I have a very compact kitchen space and needed something SMALL that would fit above the stove. I was currently using a larger GE microwave and that worked really well but was way too large. After researching I found this one. As some people noted it is SMALL but that is in the product title, "compact". Yes it's tiny. If you have a tiny space this works. Inside of it, it fit my pasta bowl and plates so happy. I would recommend if you are looking for a compact one, read the measurements. This one fit the space really well and so far good.
