**Q: Why is this product only 1 box of 12, when it used to be 4 boxes of 12?**
A: It should be 4 boxes. I also received just one and spoke to customer services who confirmed it should be 4 boxes. They reissued the order and have flagged the issue for investigation as this has happened to me twice.

A: Hello there . If i get a refund for whatever reason i normally get an email from amazon stating 5 to 7 working days and quite often find refunded in 3 days .. i hope you got your refund.

A: You have to mash it up with a fork, not just empty the sachet. Break it up and mix together with fork so the meat pieces are spread amongst the jelly evenly. I do this with all food brands 😸
**Q: Can we buy a poultry and fish selection together as you now have a minimum buy of two is this a option?**
A: I don't think they do mixed packs in Sheba, you might have to buy a pack of each
