Thus if you have a 16x22 garage (352sqft) you’d need a minimum of 3,520 watts. For 400 sqft you’d need 4000 watts. This does 150 sqft! This around 10x15 or for a small shed 20x7.5... this assumes adequate insulation too. I used it in a garage that was insulated and it did nothing. If you stood 6 inches from the heater you could feel it but that’s it. **Q: Is there an automatic shut-off feature after a certain number of hours of operation?** A: There is, via the timer feature -- it can be set to turn on and off as often as you want via that function.
