A: Yes it's very hard and is a very good brush for smokers. We do sell quite a few

A: No you can get different colout

**Q: Is this harder than a normal firm toothbrush?**
A: Yes, I found it to be harder.  I find ordinary toothbrushes to be a bit too soft .  I'm not a smoker.
