## Description

The LUXE Bidet Neo 120 is a single nozzle, fresh water, non-electric mechanical bidet attachment in the LUXE Bidet Neo Elite Series. Do-It-Yourself Installation The bidet can be installed in 15-20 minutes. The only tools required are a screwdriver and wrench. Instructions and all accessories are included. Adjustable to Fit Most Two-Piece Toilets Adjustable fitting plates allow the bidet to be securely screwed into place between the toilet bowl and seat. The bidet will attach to most two-piece toilets (where the bowl and tank are separate) and some one-piece toilets. Nozzle Guard Gate The hygienic nozzle guard gate ensures the bidet is always ready for clean operation. The guard gate opens for access to the nozzle. Retractable Nozzle Stays Clean The nozzle only drops below the guard gate when the bidet is used. When the water is turned off, the nozzle automatically retracts for hygienic storage. Review: Only fits with flat toilet seats - This is a bidet for North America, as such the figments and instructions are designed for a non uk audience. There are strict rules as to what figments can be used in uk. My plumber who installed this for me had to modify the water flow fitment to a European standard fitting, after that was done I can say, it is one of the best products I have bought in a long time. Everyone was skeptical about having a bidet ON the toilet but now everyone want to only use the upstairs loo!. Works amazingly, has a clear dials and is so easy to use. Also has a nozzle cleaning function, which again is great, would definitely recommend this as it’s a great space saver too, has a very simplistic design and only takes 15 minutes to install.[via a plumber with new fittings].

**Q: Is the toilet seat level (back and front) with this bidet installed?**
A: You're inserting additional height to the already existing seat connection, so no. This is the case for most bidet attachments. You can look into the toilet seat bidets though which will sit flush. They offer the little pads so that the seat will be propped up level or you can buy third-party ones.

**Q: What works better. Wet wipes or this bidet? Do you have to use more toilet paper than normal because your rear end gets all wet?**
A: You reduce your toilet paper use greater, you use toilet paper to wipe away the water only, so a wet wipe isn’t useful.  If you have a house with a septic tank you really want a bidet, it keeps a huge amount of wood pulp out of your septic tank.
Wished the house had an electric outlet behind the toilet, you need one of those cheap $100 point of use instant on hot water heaters, otherwise pass on the hot water models. It takes too long to get hit water to the toilet.

**Q: Does the self cleaning nozzle function completely clean the nozzle or does the nozzle still require some manual cleaning?**
A: The nozzle is behind a little door that opens out when activated.  The door protects the nozzle from body fluids  I use a Lysol or Clorox wipe to clean the door and the area around it.  It is not really dirty but I just like to give it a quick swipe.  If anything ever accidentally got in the nozzle the self cleaning feature would take care of it.  We are very happy with our Luxe Bidet Neo 120.

**Q: what is the difference between neo 180 and 120?**
A: Description from the neo 180: "Feminine Wash - Equipped with dual nozzles for rear and frontal wash. The frontal or feminine wash is gentler than the rear spray. It can be useful for monthly cycles and is highly recommended by new or expecting mothers."

The neo 120 is equipped with the single nozzle.

Easy to install although the toilet seat needed spaces underneath to raise it off the bowl. It is an American product but easily adapted for UK. Very reasonably priced and very effective in use. Very pleased with this attachment. Ideal for smaller bathrooms where there is no room to install a separate bidet. Brilliant little invention.
