So I’m delighted. I’ve supposedly had long covid for 5 years now since I first had Covid. My eyes and up my nose are constantly bone dr 24/7y. Dr gave me Hydromed forte eye drops and Naseptin. But the Naseptin doesn’t do the job and irritates my skin locally. I’ve still also got very little taste & smell since that first Covid infection. Keeping my nose and eyes moisturised helps with what little smell & taste I’ve got. The drier they are, the least I can smell & taste. Weirdly, the lighter the smell, the more I’m likely to smell it. For example, I can smell and taste butter, but I can’t smell or taste garlic / curry etc. So if I used Vaseline or sudocrem ( I know sudocrem shouldn’t go up your nose, but when you’re desperate…) I can smell it and it’s not pleasant. So this Aquegel is hands down the best stuff I’ve tried. It’s got absolutely NO smell.. perfect and it’s so comfortable up my very sore and dry nasal passages 👌 My advice also is if your using a cotton bud to put it up your nose, don’t take all of the foil security seal off, otherwise it’s hard to get just a bit of moisturiser on your cotton bud. I always seem to end up with a big blob, when I only want a little. You can then knock a bit off under the seal so you don’t make a right mess and keep everything sanitary and stop the rim of the pot and lid getting messy. Hope that makes sense. It also lasts really well up your nose. Other products I’ve tried needed many reapplications throughout the day, with this I don’t. I know it’s spenny, but it’s worth it.
