Review: Great mix for making fufu - Love this for my fufu swallow
Review: Good resistant starch. - I bought this product to use as a gut cleaning, resistant starch. I read to start with a smaller dose, around 1 tsp, and work up to the recommended dose, 1 Tbs, gradually. I followed this advice and would also recommend new users to do this as well. I was noticeably more gassy for the first two days and as time went on that went away. I have worked up to the 1 Tbs dosage and have no GI issues from it. I follow a keto diet and do feel more regular while using this product. As far as mixing, it mixes OK. I mix it with my exogenous ketones and green powders, and can't taste the potato starch at all. However, when I mixed it with coffee, cream, and coconut oil, it doesnt mix as well. It's slightly gritty and leaves a weird aftertaste, although not unbearable. The packaging is OK, I feel like when it gets down closer to the bottom I may need to transfer to a jar, as it will be difficult to scoop the powder out. Overall would recommend, and will purchase again?

I love potato starch. It’s very hard to find potato starch, but it works with so many things.! it’s always being used for my gluten-free foods. I only wish the package came in a much bigger size!
