I bought this in Sept 2025. Initially I had trouble with it not engraving deep in coins. Gweike offered very little help. They did replace the machine but I had the same problem with the replacement. Again very little help. I was able to finally solve the problem on my own. Now in late December the laser will intermittently lose power. The machine runs but the laser does not cut. I have to turn the machine off and on and it will finally start to cut. It will begin to cut and will suddenly and without warning stop cutting in the middle of a run. It seems as though the laser power source is shorting out or something. I have reported this to Gweike and they instructed me to send them pictures and videos of exactly what it is doing. I sent about 15 or 20 videos and picutres showing exactly what is going on. And their only response is to send more photos. This machine works decently when it works, not great but decently. It gets the job done well enough. But it is not reliable. Customer service is abysmal. And slow. We communicate by WhatsApp and it sometimes takes several days to receive any response.
