How effective is it?** A: It does work. You have to be patient. My pelvic floor has really benefited. Had an anterior wall prolapse and it has nearly gone. Taken nearly eight months but felt benefits within four months. Highly recommended,better than suffering with looking for a toilet or limiting fluids when going out and of course surgery. **Q: How many minutes do you need to use it?** A: Following the initial programme 2 twice a day for one hour,one hour in the morning and one hour after dinner. Using probe as well as two pads on the ankle. This is for another two weeks and then I will follow the programme I need. Hope it helps. **Q: How do you claim vat back on the unit?** A: Hello, Unfortunately these units are not VAT exempt. Kind Regards **Q: I may have difficulty with the probe. However, I've only given it 4 stars because the probe provided - Perispera - was not very satisfactory for me. Fortunately I had a probe similar to Periform plus, which I'd kept since having some physiotherapy sessions.
