The instructions were relatively simple to follow, *but* it would have been helpful to include a warning that the dough gets VERY sticky and tough to mix. My handheld mixer actually ended up dying after mixing for a few minutes, RIP. The rolls themselves came out quite well. They didn’t quite have that perfect moist, plush, slightly chewy/elastic texture that I recall fondly from my gluten-consuming days, but they definitely came as close as I imagine I’m going to get trying to bake them at home using a mix! I thought it was interesting that they listed the cream cheese as optional for the frosting.
