I have taken this supplement for several months and I have not noticed any side effects that would cause me to stop taking the supplement and I have not noted any beneficial side effects. Perhaps, the only beneficial side effects would appear on a very detailed blood chemistry, which I have NOT performed yet but will be performed at a later date.
