I’ve used several Cross pens before without any issues. I was surprised and disappointed, especially considering the price and reputation of the brand. The ink flow was smooth while it lasted, but having to refill the ink so soon is frustrating. The pen itself is well-made, writes smoothly, and feels great in hand.
