When I finally went it hurt so bad and lo and behold I got a bad hemorrhoid, it was so bad I was in tears at the airport. I'll preface this by saying I've not been diagnosed with anything medically. But sorta self diagnosed I had an issue down there based possibly on the habits I had. I worked on them and symptoms improved but would return, sometimes quickly. TLDR, the ring would hurt pretty bad and at some points I'd want to cry from the pain and couldn't sleep properly because of it. This cream is a game changer. I tried a few options before this, but they were watery and you can imagine how nasty that ends. Anyways, this cream not only provides me immediate relief, it heals me better than anything else I've tried thus far. My only problem is sometimes it wears off a little quickly, and the price is up there. But this product is super worth it from my limited experience.
