Spend an extra twenty and go with the QL3 version. *by M***N on February 11, 2026* Thinking I was getting the new version of our 15 year old filter head assembly, I ordered this one (QL3B). Ends up not so, just a "less expensive" version I would not order again. Harder to install the filter into and does not hold as well. Shutoff to change filter does not work as well as the 15 yo one. Best to spend ~50% more for: Everpure EV9259-14 QL3 Single Filter Head with Bracket [ASIN B002D4CVHG].
