Capsules are easy to swallow. We're all different and these may be great for you, but I'm personally not seeing results.

Not everyone has this issue, but it upset my whole GI system BADLY. I waited a few weeks and tried again. Same result. Non- refundable!! I won’t use the brand again for this reason.
