Review: Does not work anymore! - This product no longer works for. I always have dreams with it, sometimes the same one several times. When this happens I wake up then if I fall back to sleep the dream will pickup and I can,t sleep.

Some nights it works well, and I fall back to sleep, but is does not work it's magic every night. Overall, it is better than any of the other over counter sleep aids that I have tried, however, it is not a miracle worker. I also have noticed that I wake up with a bit of a headache. The minor headache does go away after a short while, but it is a small con of using this for me. Update: After continuing to take Relaxium Sleep consistently for a month, I have noticed that it is working better for me. I take 2 capsules - 1 hour before bed, and when I put my head on the pillow, I am out. That has not happened in years. I usually wake up about 3 hours after going to bed, but that is probably because I need to use the restroom. After I return to bed, I fall right back to sleep, however, I do wake up periodically from that point on. The best news is that I fall back to sleep . So no, I don't sleep 8 hours straight, however, I am getting so much more sleep than I did before. The headaches have also gone away, so I believe my body is getting used to the herbs. I now can honestly say that I will buy another bottle.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally I am having longer restful sleep

Finally a good night sleep. For years I'd sleep 2 hours wake up...repeat all night so I never truly got rest. The first night I took Relaxium I took 2 and slept better but not a long restful sleep...however I was groggy the next day. Day 2 I took only 1 capsule around 8pm by10:30pm I was sleepy and slept 2 hours then 3 hours and then another 3 hours... Day 3 took 1 at 8:00pm fell asleep by 10:30 slept till 4:00 then got up again at 8:00 so far I am getting longer periods of rest and feel much better in the mornings.... I have always been a lite sleeper so I am not sure if I will ever be able to sleep a full 7 or 8hrs straight but so far this stuff works.... I am 80 and when I wake up I go to the bathroom , so maybe my body needs to get up after so long but getting up once in the middle of the night is such a blessing compared to the up every 2 or 3 hours like before I started taking Relaxium. In the past I took straight Melatonin and it never really helped. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANYONE WHO CAN NO SLEEP MORE THAN 2 or 3 HOURS STRAIGHT...
