Northern Lights Bakeware series is inspired by the beautiful aurora borealis in the night skies and infuses a pop of color that bakers are seeking with the best baking properties of aluminum. These pans light-weight aluminum pans are built to last. Make adorable personal-sized Bundt cakes. Great for brownies, cakes, muffins and cereal treats. Aluminum conducts heat evenly for terrific results, and will not rust or warp in the oven. A lighter weight formed aluminum pan with premium nonstick interior surface which allows for easy release and effortless cleanup. Makes 12 treats with a total pan capacity of 3-3/8 cups. Pan exterior measurement of 12.9 x 9.6 x 1.1 inches and each cavity is a 2.5 inch diameter. Use and Care: 1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended. 2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray. 3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow. 4. It’s the perfect amount for 2-4 people, maybe more if you had a big meal! I sprayed it well with baking spray containing both flour and oil, and the cake released easily. It was also super easy to clean up because of that. I always hand wash my Bundt pans. It takes exactly half of a batch of batter, so I bought another 6-cup capacity Bundt pan with a different design to use when I want to mix up a full batch of batter. Otherwise, you can half your recipe, and it’ll be just the right amount of batter for this pan. It’s a bit pricy, but the pattern on the cake is sharply defined and looks good. The color is unremarkable, but that didn’t matter to me. It’s fairly lightweight, but it was packaged well for shipping and arrived undamaged. I wish they made more patterns in Bundt pans this size. For those who gave it low ratings because it’s lightweight, READ the description! It’s intended to be lightweight, so buy the more expensive cast aluminum one if you want the heavy one! This one bakes evenly and makes a beautiful cake. I highly recommend this one! For those concerned about how this material will last, I have a full-size Bundt pan in this material. I’ve used it often for many years. Just recently I noticed some of the outside paint is chipping, but the inside is still perfect. I have always hand-washed it, and I recommend that for all bakeware.

This makes a really cute half-size Bundt cake. It’s the perfect amount for 2-4 people, maybe more if you had a big meal! Love this little bundt pan. It is a great size if you don't want a whole cake and can be used in most toaster ovens. The cake came out cleanly, no sticking and every easy cleanup (I made my own butter - oil - flour in equal measure mixture, to lightly coat the pan and it worked like a charm). Recommended!
