I chose a 10 day non-expedited shipping option and was thrilled to get it in 5 days. Office 2021 license was inadvertently included in their configuration (their mistake), but their tech support honored the deal and helped me load it. Very happy with computer and event happier with tech support. this is a super nice system for less than $300.

I purchased this product because it went on black Friday sale. The laptop functions well, and I'm happy with the purchase considering what I paid for it. However, at regular price, I would expect there to be a fingerprint pad and a lighted keyboard. Alternatives with similar performance and price has these features.
