In 1987, American Honda commissioned DC Sports to develop a header for their SCCA prepped CRX's and the result cumulated was our first 4 into 1 header design. It was so well received that Honda requested headers for other applications. That system is the one that started it all (HHC5002). The Sport Compact Market was primarily based on popular Japanese small cars that were great cars to begin with, but also excellent platforms for various tuning modifications. Throughout the 1990s, DC Sports was synonymous with Honda and Acura performance and in the early 2000's started expanding into other sport compact platforms. DC Sports developed unique designs that performed better and therefore became the brand of choice for serious enthusiasts. DC Sports offers products for most popular sport compact vehicles. Our headers and intakes are available as CARB approved-50 states legal or race only- off road use versions. Headers are manufactured with polished T304SS stainless and/or T409SS ceramic coated for protection and finish. Intake kits come with a high flow open element filter complete with all necessary hardware for a hassle-free installation. Braces are manufactured with mild steel for strength and powder-coated for a quality durable finish and solid one-piece designs are used whenever possible to provide the maximum chassis rigidity. All parts are engineered, dyno tested for performance (where applicable), and come with an industry standard one year warranty. DC Sports has always been first and foremost about performance and value but there is also no other product that has the DC Sports look, feel, and quality. DC Sports has a comprehensive global distribution network and is headquartered in City of Industry, California. The DC Sports brand will always stand for the very best in performance. ## Features - 100% polished stainless steel, corrosion and rust resistant exhaust tip - Resonated to produce a throaty growl in the mid to high RPM range - Easy three-bolt clamping system requires only a wrench or socket to install in minutes - Fits tailpipes 2.88 in to 2.10 in. in diameter - Dimensions: 2.88 in. inlet x 3.75 in. outlet x 9 in. long ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B003D4K9TC | | Best Sellers Rank | #4,028,844 in Automotive ( See Top 100 in Automotive ) #834 in Automotive Performance Exhaust Pipes #8,646 in Automotive Replacement Exhaust Pipes | | Brand | DC Sports | | Brand Name | DC Sports | | Color | Stainless Steel | | Compatible with Vehicle Type | Car | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 out of 5 stars 247 Reviews | | Finish Type | Polished, Powder Coated | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00757558509010 | | Included Components | 100 % Stainless Steel, 3 Bolt Clamp System, Bolt-on Tip design, Resonated tips are to enhance sound output | | Installation Type | Bolt-On | | Item Dimensions L x W | 9"L x 3.7"W | | Item Type Name | Muffler Tip | | Manufacturer | DC Sports | | Manufacturer Part Number | EX-1011 | | Material | Stainless Steel | | Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Model Number | EX-1011 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Shape | Round | | UPC | 757558509010 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Vehicle Service Type | Car | ## Product Details - **Brand:** DC Sports - **Color:** Stainless Steel - **Material:** Stainless Steel - **Shape:** Round - **Vehicle Service Type:** Car ## Images ![DC Sports EX-1011 Resonated Performance Exhaust Tip - Polished Stainless Steel - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/614QjeCzSYL.jpg) ![DC Sports EX-1011 Resonated Performance Exhaust Tip - Polished Stainless Steel - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61VudRiRiRL.jpg) ![DC Sports EX-1011 Resonated Performance Exhaust Tip - Polished Stainless Steel - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/611RQtEyIDL.jpg) ![DC Sports EX-1011 Resonated Performance Exhaust Tip - Polished Stainless Steel - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71lsprFCcJL.jpg) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/6487541-dc-sports-ex-1011-resonated-performance-exhaust-tip-polished-stainless](https://www.desertcart.us/products/6487541-dc-sports-ex-1011-resonated-performance-exhaust-tip-polished-stainless) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
