I carefully unboxed the item and plugged it. I was a bit surprised when I plugged it in. Because there are two heat rods that are meant to get hot and radiate heat, but only 1 was working. I tried all the possible combinations of the two switches that were on the item(as you can see in the video).I was a bit sad and issued a replacement. I got the money back within 4 hours of the item return(courtesy of AMAZON).The product is very good, with missing 1 of the 2 heat rods it was radiating goot ammount of heat. 2 heat rods would be a very perfect for me. This type of incident OFFTEN happens with product, they are not intentional.
