They are quite pricey but my first pair lasted two and a half years. I feel like they support every part of my foot and work for so many occasions. The only traction issues I have had were on slick floors that were wet, or a sidewalk that was wet and algae covered. Even with those, I feel very confident walking in these, just extra careful and slow over wet spots on those types of surfaces. I wear them everywhere!
