Review: Useful for bedridden patient - The product is good and comfortable for a bed ridden patient. I purchased this for my wife. But the puncture is an issue. There was one patch with the product which I used only a few days back. Now there is again leakage problem which can't be identified. The company must provide some genuine Support for maintenance ťafter sales. Can anyone suggest, how to get it repaired. Any support from manufacturer ?

**Q: Whats the difference between the kosmocare mm1 and mm2 models ?**
A: There are mainly two differences:1. The mattress of MM2 has microscopic holes which ventilate the patient's back, which is missing in MM1 mattress.2. Pump in MM2 is a heavier duty one. Slightly better quality than MM1 model.We, as a seller, recommend our customers to go in for MM2.

**Q: my mother is bed ridden her bed is 6ft x 4 ft   , can the size be customised ?**
A: The size available with us is : (L X W X H): 198cm X 86cm X 6.4cm, which is compatible with single bed, hence it is 6ft in length and 3 ft wide.
