This felt like a frivolous purchase when I got them. But I think I've used them more than any pan since it came into my kitchen. This pan will completely level up your homemade hamburger bun game. I've used it for mini cakes, brownies for ice-cream sundaes, mini focaccia, etc. It's absolutely perfect in size every time. And the non-stick coating is actually non-stick. I haven't had to grease it yet. I'm slowly switching all pans to USA Pans.
