Given my relatively low expectations, on the basis of squirrels being quite a bit larger than mice, this worked decently in reducing the overall number of the critters that for a hot minute threatened to turn the sealed space into a flop house. But, from the start, I assumed that while the device might prove unbearable to some others would not find it so uncomfortable, and so it proved to be. In short, this was not an end all to the problem; that involved closing the point of entry and egress just below the roof line.Sidenote: Customer service from the makers of this repeller is inexistent, like talking in a void. I had reached out hoping to ascertain whether the unit needed to be restarted after a power outage and, well, fuggetaboutit.
