Always read/research about enema before doing it.After water-enema, nourishing the passage with a bit oily diet like milk, desi-ghee is important. You can even do another enema with nourishing oil/milk after your passage has been cleaned with water-enema.The point is to clean the passage with fiber-rich diet & water-enema. And after cleaning the passage with these two, you need to nourish the passage as well with a bit oily diet.
