Quantum QHM222 3-Button 1000DPI Wired Optical Mouse (Black)

I received the mouse on time. No worries in that.Just after 10 days of receiving it, the mouse stopped working.It hangs not on just one laptop but on two of those. The return window closed. Now I have to take it to the service centre and this is not even worth the time.Also the length is just around 50 cmYou should rather go for a better mouse.

Stopped working my mouse after 40 days of regular use. So my suggestion is, if you are regular user don't buy these cheap china made products which comes with our warranty. If you are planning use very rarely then you can may buy.

It is much smaller than my palm, I am not able to put my hands on it properly, due to which I had to move it with fingers. I got very upset after using 5 minutes. The quality of the product is very good, according to this price, its quality is good, but it is very good for young children, but I have returned it from not being useful to me.

READ MY REVIEW BEFORE BUYING ANY QUANTUM PRODUCTS, I bought this mouse on 22nd march 2021, at first it works good but within a month it stopped working, I don't it has a warranty after some months I realized that it has a 1-year warranty, so I contacted quantum by mail on September, it's very hard to reach them as they didn't respond me, so I file a complaint on consumer helpline so they finally responded and told me to go to service center( service center locations there in their website)consumer grievance closed because they responded. I went to the service center but they told me we don't even know the quantum company, I was shocked and told them by mail and they again told me to send that product through the post, I have sent that mouse by India post but even after 2 months they didn't even reply me, I mailed them many times but they didn't reply me, I called them ( it took40 minutes to connect the call) I told them I'll file a case on consumer court for fake service centers and not responded my issue so they finally sent new mouse but that too not working properly (i upload images)it took me 4 monthsKEY POINTS: 1. on their quantum hi-tech company website,maximum service centers are fake if you went to that service they don't repair2. if your any quantum company product has an issue , 90% chances that quantum company willn't repair ,it's my personal experience3.if you have an issue with quantum company ,file a grievance on consumer helpline online or on consumer court offline

The performance of the product is good in this "Price Tag". It works smoothly in most of the surfaces, just plug and play. In 99 bucks you can get USB wired mouse what else more you want. Even though the build quality is low,but as I said the product is good for " 99 bucks".

Started giving problem after 7 months when called quantum cus care 9582209998 in october my order date on invoice was 28 nov 2018 then also he was saying we need the sticker below your mouse and sticker is showing october, the sticker is so small & after using for months sticker is not visible properly so they say we will not repair if sticker is not visible. And so redely showing attitude he was talking & disconnecting call in betwwen many times while talking.

The mouse does not glide smoothly on the surface. The 4 rubber feet cause the movement to drag resulting in the inaccurate pointing of the pointer on the screen. After a few months, the left button started double clicking even when you try to click once.

The media could not be loaded.  Worth for the price. Needed immediately as my current one needed replacing.Price worthy.Ready to use.Bit small in size, so uncomfortable for me as due to large palm size.Pretty response.Overall value for money.
