I lift regularly and do some boxing-style training, so neck strength matters more than most people think (plus, it just looks better with a stronger neck, let’s be real). Build & Materials: Feels solid. The harness is adjustable and the padding is decent—not luxury gym gear level, but definitely better than I expected at this price point. The metal clips and D-rings feel sturdy and have held up fine with 20–35 lbs plates so far. Comfort & Fit: I wear it for neck extensions and side raises 2–3 times a week. You’ll definitely feel it the next day if you’re not used to neck training. It feels tough on the hair, might lose a few strands while using this. Results: After a few weeks of consistent use, I’ve noticed more control and less tightness in my traps during other lifts. Aesthetically, my neck has started to look thicker, which is a nice bonus. If you train combat sports or just want to bulletproof your upper spine, this helps, but its mostly for hypertrophy. Minor Cons: Strap digs into your hair or skin The strap can ride a bit if you don’t get it tight enough Wouldn’t go super heavy with it until you trust your form Not the most low-profile if you’re bringing it to a commercial gym ## Frequently Bought Together - RHINECK Neck Exerciser Neck Trainer Neck Strengthener Neck Harness Gain Muscle For Bodybuilding MMA Boxing Football Wrestling, Use Weights Or Resistance Bands, Black - DMoose Neck Harness for Weight Lifting - 30" Heavy Duty Steel Chain - Neck Exerciser, Trainer & Strengthener for Injury Recovery Support & Workout- Adjustable Head & Chin Strap --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/647266532-neck-trainer-and-strengthener-gain-muscle-for-bodybuilding-mma-boxing](https://www.desertcart.us/products/647266532-neck-trainer-and-strengthener-gain-muscle-for-bodybuilding-mma-boxing) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
