It tops anything very well. I have a 20 month old daughter and she likes it too. If given to a toddler make sure to accompany it with water. It does tend to stick to teeth and the roof of the mouth as a person enjoys this by the spoonful. It doesn't bother me, but with kids it's different. They might like it but once they can't get it down right they'll spit it out. So putting it in food like cereal or in milk helps.We usually mix applesauce + oatmeal + this wheat germ + rice cereal for her and she eats ok. It's a bit of a struggle with kids sometimes, but on good days it's down in 20 minutes every morning.
