Then! After less than 2 weeks, the letter 'r' stopped working randomly! I could've worked without the lights just fine, but I cannot work without access to all letters. The seller was not very helpful either, after weeks of going back and forth, they said they couldn't ship a replacement to me due to my location, and only wanted to give a partial refund despite it not being any fault of mine.
