Decided on these poles after reading plenty of reviews about them. First time out, took them with me up Snowden. Performed exactly as id expected them to, no slipping of poles as some reported, no breakage either. Set them up as guided and you'll be good to go all hike long. Easy to set up and very light weight (attached mine to a carabiner on my backpack). Perfect size when collasped, comes with a storage bag for when not in use. Comfortable cork grips and a lovely gold/orange finish. Plenty of accessories for every ground type. Overall, well worth the price and extremely pleased with them!
