The brilliant colours with a silky and smooth colour laydown are all water-soluble. With a touch of the wet brush (attached) you can turn the pencil to paint and create brilliant drawings with unique colour gradients and special designs. But no need to worry if the painting lesson gets a bit messy: the pencil can be washed out of most fabrics. **Q: If pack of 24 is available for Rs.275, why pack of 48 is for Rs.889?**
A: Can't answer why the price difference,but can help you choose between them. If pack of 24 is available at such a lowered rate, then that would be a better choice for kids or amateurs. 48s does give a range of colours,but honestly it doesn't look like it's worth the price difference. If gold and silver comes with the 24 pack, you are okay with or without the rest of the ones in 48 pack. I do regret buying this set after I see other options.

Pros: - Great colors for children and students. - Vibrant, smooth, pigmented and blend well with water. - reasonably priced - bright colors Cons: - brush isn't good quality - no shade card included - shades are not numbered so hard to identify. (I numbered them on my own) - no sturdy packaging - some pencils break easily
