Review: Better than I expected - I purchased this particular rug gripper because of the price, and that you could get it in something other than white. I was a bit skeptical at first, some were talking a out a smell. It has a smell, but it wasn't a bad smell, a bit of a chemical smell, but once I laid the rug over it, the scent was gone by the next day. Not a problem for me, and I must admit, it works wonderfully, and at a cheaper price than ones I've bought before. I cut it about 2 inches shorter on all sides of the rug, I dont like any of the gripper showing, it really keeps the rug in place and puts a nice cushion under the rug.
Review: it is good quality. - The rg gripper is great. It was cut correctly to 8' x 11' and easy to trim off a few inches all the way around. My rug was 7'10" x 11 so I did need to trim it a little. The rug pad needed airing out but only for 8 - 10 hours. After that, it had no smell at all. I am very happy with it.
