Die Tastatur ist perfekt für das Homeoffice geeignet, vor allem für alle, die eine mechanische Tastatur möchten, aber keine lauten Klickgeräusche wollen. Die Cherry-MX-Switches fühlen sich sehr hochwertig an, haben einen klaren Druckpunkt und sind gleichzeitig angenehm leise, sodass man problemlos mehrere Stunden am Stück arbeiten kann, ohne sich selbst oder andere zu stören. Die Verarbeitung ist typisch Cherry: sehr solide, nichts klappert und alles wirkt langlebig. Auch bei längerem Tippen bleibt das Tippgefühl konstant und präzise, was gerade beim Schreiben oder Programmieren ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Das schlichte Design ohne RGB oder unnötige Spielereien passt ideal ins Büro oder Homeoffice. Insgesamt eine sehr zuverlässige, hochwertige mechanische Tastatur für produktives Arbeiten. Wer Wert auf Qualität, Komfort und ein leises Tippgefühl legt, macht hier absolut nichts falsch.

Cherry hatte lange das Problem, dass die sich auf ihren Lorbeeren ausgeruht haben. Man erinnert sich an die Zeiten in denen es Cherry und "Cherry Abklatsch" Switches gab. Ziemlich schnell wurden diese "billigen Kopien" allerdings sowohl günstiger als auch besser als die original Cherry Switches während Cherry sich auf ihrem Namen der Marke ausgeruht hat, in dem Gedanken das würde reichen. Das scheint vorbei zu sein. Die neuen MX2A BROWN Switches sind ein gutes Stück besser als die alten. Cherry hat definitiv eingesehen, dass dauerhaft stagnieren nicht die Lösung ist. Positiv: Die neuen braunen Switches fühlen sich deutlich besser an, klingen in Ordnung (ein etwas tieferer, dumpferer Sound wäre noch besser gewesen aber man kann ja basteln) und die Tastatur ist allgemein sehr hochwertig. Es gibt absolut null Keyboard Flex. Die Tastatur ist sehr starr und stabil, wie sie sein soll. Cherry Keys, die Software um die Tasten neu zu belegen, funktioniert mittlerweile auch für die Tastatur. Heißt, man muss nicht mehr eigene Scripts schreiben um Tasten zu ändern, was die meisten sowieso nicht können. Das Schwarz-Bronze Design sieht absolut fantastisch aus. Sehr edel, sehr hübsch! Negativ: Das wird für viele nicht relevant sein, allerdings finde ich die LED für Numlock viel zu hell. Hab direkt am ersten Abend schwarzes Isolierband drauf geklebt, was nicht gerade hübsch ist. Ich muss Numlock immer an lassen und es wäre sehr cool eine Funktion in Cherry Keys zu haben um diese LED aus zu schalten. Die Beinchen hinten um die Tastatur anzuschrägen sind zu lang, bzw haben nur eine Stellung. Dadurch kann man die Tastatur nur flach oder sehr schräg anwinkeln. Viele Tastaturen haben für die Beine hinten mehrere Stufen. Das wäre auch hier sehr wünschenswert gewesen. Preis: Ich habe die Tastatur für 70€, heißt 20% Rabatt, gekauft. Ist ein anständiger Preis. Allerdings finde ich den OVP von 90€ doch ein wenig zu teuer und hätte mich bei dem Preis sehr wahrscheinlich für eine andere Tastatur entschieden.
